Matthew Harvey

Matthew has lived and worked in the Cotswolds for over 30 years and brings extensive experience and expertise to the property industry. He trained at the Royal Agricultural University, formerly the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester, where he achieved an Honours Degree in Rural Land Management.

Matthew began his professional career in 1996 with a leading national firm of Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents in Tetbury, building a strong foundation in residential property and rural land management. After qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 2003, he went on to establish and manage a highly successful estate agency office in Marlborough, Wiltshire, before returning to the Cotswolds in 2009 to lead the firm’s residential sales office in Cirencester.

In 2010, Matthew joined Tayler & Fletcher, where he has played a key role in the continued growth and success of the business. As a Partner of the firm, he leads the residential sales team in Bourton-on-the-Water, providing clients with knowledgeable, professional advice backed by decades of local market experience and a deep understanding of the Cotswolds property market.
