Lydia Gardner

Lydia joined Tayler & Fletcher in September 2023 and has combined office expertise with real-world farm experience, building on her honours degree in Applied Farm Management from the Royal Agricultural University. Lydia really enjoys helping a wide range of farm businesses, particularly when it comes to navigating the details of environmental grants and stays active in the industry as a member of the Society of Agriculture and a probationary member of the CAAV. When she is not at her desk, she is usually found outdoors or involved in the local farming community. As a member of her local Young Farmers Club and currently serving as an NFU Student and Young Farmer Ambassador for the 2026 & 2027 cohort. For a bit of balance, Lydia spends her downtime with her horse and dog or playing for the Stratford-upon-Avon ladies’ hockey team.
