Claire Mowat-Maconochie

Claire has been part of the Tayler & Fletcher team since June 1998. After moving back from South Africa with her two young sons, she was keen to start a new chapter, and a career in property felt like a natural fit.

As Lettings Manager, Claire enjoys working with people and helping landlords and tenants find the right match. She is focused on building strong relationships and making the lettings process as smooth and stress-free as possible, even when things do not always go exactly to plan.

Her role is built around strong communication, local market knowledge, organisation and attention to detail. Legal awareness is also an important part of her work, particularly as property laws and compliance requirements change frequently.

Outside of work, Claire enjoys meeting new people, exploring new places, keeping up with current affairs and staying active, with swimming being a particular favourite. She also enjoys dancing whenever she gets the chance and trips to the local Everyman Cinema in Cheltenham.
