Ted Phillips
Bookkeeper
Ted is the firm’s longest-serving member of staff, having worked for Tayler & Fletcher since leaving school in 1958, which is a truly remarkable achievement.
He initially worked in the agricultural department, attending and booking at markets and sales, before later taking over the firm’s accounts. Ted still works part-time in accounts and remains an important and highly respected member of the team at the Stow office.
Having lived in Stow all his life, Ted has exceptional local knowledge. He was formerly a member of the Stow Fire Service and now enjoys tending to his garden, as well as meeting up with friends for a meal or a game of crib.
