Oliver Evans

Ollie joined the Commercial team in September 2024 after completing a BSc in Rural Enterprise and Land Management at Harper Adams University. He also spent five years working in the utilities and infrastructure sector.

Ollie oversees a wide range of commercial matters, including sales, lettings, valuations, and landlord and tenant instructions, while working towards his RICS qualifications. Having lived in the area all his life, he has a strong connection to the Cotswolds and extensive local knowledge.

Outside of the office, Ollie is a keen motorsport fan, particularly MotoGP, and enjoys any excuse for a day trackside.
