Building and Project Management

Charles has lived and worked in the Cotswolds all his life and is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) with over 30 years experience carrying out Building Surveys, advising property purchasers and project managing property developments locally and elsewhere in the UK. Charles is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Project Management and Building Surveying faculties. Surveys and project management are carried out on residential property as well as agricultural and stud buildings and commercial premises.

Project Management includes services to take your scheme from inception to completion. The scope of work covers measured surveys, sketch schemes, planning applications, specification of the work, making an application for building regulation approval, supervising the work in progress and dealing with all contract matters.
