Peter Talbot - Commercial Property Consultant, Chipping Norton.

Peter is a Fellow of the RICS and has extensive knowledge and a wide ranging experience of the property market in the south midlands counties. He qualified over 30 years ago and has subsequently worked in the commercial, rural, development and residential sectors, covering a wide range of projects including agency, valuation, planning and project management, often working with period and listed buildings which are a particular interest. He has also more recently qualified to undertake Commercial Energy Performance Certificates.

Peter is an old friend of Tayler and Fletcher having worked with the firm previously in Stow and Moreton in Marsh in the 1980's and 1990's, and is extremely happy to be working again with former colleagues since rejoining the firm in 2009 as a Commercial Property Consultant based at our Chipping Norton office.
